Start in Stainforth Car Park (about £3 for 4 hours)
and head for the hills, follow the map below, or if you're
feeling lazy, watch the video and run on the spot.
Start from the car park and turn right. Then turn right on Main Road. Go over
the bridge and find the gap in the wall on your left.
Follow the river on your left till the track turns
right and into the village. Go left on the road until
you reach the top right of the green and head East
